Mochaccino Cream Coffee Topping
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp chocolate syrup
1/2 tsp cinnamon

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Process according to instructions. Dispense on top of coffee or hot cocoa.
Amaretto Coffee Topping
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
6 Tbsp Amaretto, or similar almond flavored liqueur
2 Tbsp powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Process according to instructions. Dispense on top of coffee.
Hazelnut Cream Coffee Topping
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
6 Tbsp Amaretto, or similar almond flavored liqueur
3 Tbsp powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Process according to instructions. Dispense on top of coffee.
Coffee Rum Cream Topping
1 1/2 cups heavy cream
3 Tbsp Rum
3 Tbsp Coffee flavored liqueur
3 Tbsp powdered sugar

DESSERTS

Vanilla Yogurt Cream
1/2 cup vanilla yogurt
1/2 cup heavy cream
1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Process according to instructions. This recipe can be doubled.
Chilled Banana Mousse
4 oz strained baby food bananas
1/2 skim milk
1/2 cup low fat vanilla frozen yogurt, softened
1/2 tsp cream of tartar
1/16 tsp (pinch) nutmeg

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Process according to instructions. Strained peaches, pears, apricots or applesauce may replace bananas. Cinnamon may be substituted for nutmeg.
Chocolate Mousse
1 cup heavy cream
1 tsp instant coffee
5 Tbsp instant cocoa
1-2 Tbsp Cognac
powdered sugar as desired

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Process according to instructions.
Tiramisu
2 egg yokes
2/3 cup heavy cream
2 Tbsp Mascarpone
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
1 tsp Amaretto
Lady fingers, powdered coffee, powdered cocoa

Combine egg yokes, cream, Mascarpone, powered sugar and Amaretto in Kayser cream whipper and mix well. Sprinkle ladyfingers with coffee. Fill serving dish with alternate layers of ladyfingers and cream mixture. Dust with powered cocoa.

FLAVORED DRINKS

Raspberry Frappe Al Latte
1 1/2 cups whole milk
2 Tbsp raspberry syrup
2 Tbsp raspberry sherbet

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Process according to instructions. Top with fresh raspberries. Other berries may be substituted for raspberries.

OTHER EXTRAS

Fresh Mayonnaise
2 egg yokes salt
2 Tbsp oil
2 tsp. vinegar or lemon juice
1 tsp. prepared mustard

Savory Vegetable Dip
1 1/2 cups sour cream
1/2 cup evaporated skim milk
1 Tbsp dehydrated salad dressing mix

Combine all ingredients in Kayser cream whipper. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Process according to instructions.
Cranberry Whip
8 oz jellied cranberry sauce
8 oz vanilla yogurt
2 egg whites
1 Tbsp powdered sugar

Combine all ingredients in cream whipper. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Process according to instructions.
Whipped Pastry "Cream"
1 cup lite ricotta
1/2 cup nonfat, sugar-free vanilla yogurt
3 Tbsp powdered sugar
2 Tbsp vanilla syrup

Combine all ingredients in chilled Kayser cream whipper. Shake vigorously 30 seconds. Process according to instructions. Dispense as filling in four graham cracker crusts or fill four dessert dishes and serve with vanilla wafers. This recipe can be doubled.
Maple Whipped Pastry "Cream"
Use 2 Tbsp maple syrup instead of powdered sugar and proceed according to Whipped Pastry Cream recipe.
Lemon Whipped Pastry "Cream"
Use 3 Tbsp lemon juice instead of vanilla syrup proceed according to Whipped Pastry Cream recipe.
